Zoe Hart is our social media lead at Mindful Kids Psychology and Wellness Centre. She holds a health focused Master of Social Work degree from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) as well as an Honours Diploma in Social Service Work from Humber College.

She currently works as a medical social worker in a hospital setting supporting an interdisciplinary team and patients with psychosocial assessments, disposition planning, and resource and health system navigation. She has a background supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges and social isolation and has many years of experience in community-based mental healthcare.

As a previous Intake Coordinator, Zoe is passionate about assisting others in accessing the right mental health supports for them. She strives to promote knowledge translation and community integration as the social media lead through creating mental health related content.
