Dr. Agnes Wong, OT Reg. (Ont.) (She/ Her)

Hi, my name is Agnes and I am a registered occupational therapist and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). I completed my Master in Occupational Therapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and earned my M.A. and PhD in Developmental Psychology and Education at the University of Toronto. I have worked with children with diverse needs in different settings, such as special child care centres, the schools and private clinics in both Hong Kong and Canada. I believe that each child is unique with strengths and abilities. I enjoy working collaboratively with children and their families to develop goals and interventions which help support children to reach their best potential. I have experience particularly in running individual and group sessions for improving the pre-printing and printing skills, emotion regulation and sensory processing difficulties of children. I am committed to lifelong learning and professional development. I am fluent in both English and Cantonese

Apart from providing OT services, I am an active researcher who loves working on autism related projects which may eventually help improve the well-being of the autistic children and their families. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, jogging and practicing yoga.
